  • The Vitalis Project is all about supporting those who face the toughest days—first responders, healthcare workers, and others living in high-stress environments. At the heart of our mission is the belief that everyone deserves access to innovative, integrative, and effective, mental health support. We specialize in integrating cutting-edge therapies, including group psychedelic-assisted therapy, advanced trauma modalities, and mindfulness practices, tailored to nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

  • At the Vitalis Project, we provide a variety of specialized therapies designed to support growth and transformation including:

Group Psychedelic (Ketamine)-Assisted Therapy: Utilizes guided sessions with psychedelics to promote profound personal growth and healing.

Holistic Psychiatry: Integrates conventional medical treatments with holistic approaches to treat the entire person, not just the symptoms (including medication management)

Talk Therapy: Offers a traditional, verbal communication-based approach to help individuals work through their challenges.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.

Brainspotting: A powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

  • At the Vitalis Project, safety and effectiveness are our top priorities. We maintain high standards by employing expert staff who are licensed and specially trained in each therapeutic modality we offer. Our approaches are evidence-based, drawing on scientific research and proven outcomes to ensure they meet our rigorous safety and efficacy criteria. We conduct regular assessments with participants before, during, and after therapy sessions to monitor progress and tailor treatments to individual needs. Additionally, we adhere to strict ethical standards and confidentiality protocols to protect our participants. Our team also engages in continuous training to stay updated on the latest advancements in therapeutic practices. These measures collectively ensure a secure and supportive environment for our clients to engage in their journey of healing and growth.

  • Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) is an innovative therapeutic approach that utilizes the medicine Ketamine to facilitate deep introspection and emotional healing. Under the guidance of experienced therapists, Ketamine is administered in a controlled setting, allowing participants to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences more profoundly.

  • Yes, Ketamine Assisted Therapy is considered safe when administered by licensed and trained professionals in a controlled environment. Ketamine is classified as a safe and essential medication by the World Health Organization, primarily used as an anesthetic for adults and children. At lower doses, it has demonstrated efficacy in treating mental health disorders. Our experienced clinicians prioritize your safety, closely monitoring and guiding the entire process from beginning to end.

  • Ketamine Assisted Therapy has shown promising results in treating various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and certain mood disorders. It has also been used to address treatment-resistant cases where traditional therapies have not been effective.

  • Our group psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions are led by a skilled team of nurse practitioners, paramedics, and therapists. Each team member is expertly trained to create a secure and supportive environment, allowing participants to safely explore their emotions and experiences. Their combined expertise ensures that every session is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all participants.

  • To ensure an intimate and effective experience, our group therapy sessions usually consist of a small number of participants, typically ranging from 6 to 12 individuals. This small group size encourages a deeper sense of connection and enables each participant to receive individual attention from the therapist.

  • Vitalis do not align with any religion, denomination, or deity. We respect and support each individual's unique spiritual path and personal beliefs.

  • The number of sessions required can vary based on individual needs and goals. While some individuals may experience significant benefits after just one session, others might require a series of 6-8 sessions to achieve lasting results. Our clinicians will work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that best suits your unique needs.

  • Your treatment at VItalis is legally prescribed, evidence-based, and delivered under the care of a comprehensive team of licensed medical professionals- much like an outpatient medical procedure requiring anesthesia. We are happy to address any employer concerns on a case-by-case basis.
